What is counselling?

Counselling is a form of talking therapy where the client and the therapist form an alliance together to collaborate in the act of discovering problems and finding ways to resolve these problems. 

COunselling provides a safe place to individuals to discuss what they are feeling, the challenges that they are experiencing, as well as take steps to make healthy changes in their lives.
