What are Motivational interviewing worksheets?

What is Motivational interviewing?

The techniques of motivational interviewing relies on the idea that people who want to and believe that they can change do so; however, clinical observation also found that they might require some assistance in terms of encouragement and support during the process of change. 

This is also backed by the findings of Carl Rogers, his work on humanistic therapy added to the development of Motivational Interviewing. 

Rogers believed that for a person to change and grow requires an environment of honesty, acceptance, and empathy which this motivational interviewing process of therapy is designed to do.
