The HR Manager,

(Company/Organization Name)

Subject: Resignation Letter for Misbehavior

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby submit my resignation letter on intimation on one week. I worked as (Designation/Position) with your esteemed company/organization since (Date). During my working tenure I tried to work at my level best and in my books I accomplished it. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the team leading me. I am always asked to work under pressure and short notices and I do it every time by dint of hard work.

I regret to say but the only reason for my resignation is the misbehavior and misconduct of Management. I cannot tolerate humiliation of mine in front of colleagues and juniors in spite of my sincere working. Neither I get proper resources for working nor proper time. Under such circumstances, I able not able to continue job with your company/organization.

I hope that you will find an appropriate candidate for the position and I wish you continued success.

“  Dear [Insert Name],

Since joining your company, I have consistently “gone the extra mile” to try to make a success of the business, as I really believe in the product and recognise that you had real problems with lack of staff. You will see from the timing of the daily reports that I have regularly worked well in excess of the hours for which you pay me.

Since you fired [Insert Name], I have, in effect, been doing the job of several people and have willingly worked single handily every weekend. While I faced an unusually steep learning curve, largely without training or support, and have always been willing to accept justified criticism, I have had to spend far too much of my time “firefighting” because of the errors of others and you constantly changing your mind.

Nonetheless, you have totally disregarded my efforts and initial goodwill and have subjected me to a barrage of unjustifiable abuse. Your behaviour towards [Insert Name] and myself on [Date] was particularly extreme, unprofessional and out of control, as you were shouting at us irrationally and relentlessly for most of the morning and left me shaking and feeling physically sick. I should have walked out at that point but I had enough regard for the clients to work my solo Saturday shift.  However, I have had the chance to reflect over the weekend and I am not prepared to accept any repeat of this.

You regularly humiliate me in front of witnesses including my work colleagues and suppliers. You gossip about me and the other staff members, trying to play us off against each other. You have called me “stupid”, “slow”, “inefficient” and screamed at me that I (apparently like my predecessor, and so many of the people you have interviewed) have “mental problems.”  I have witnessed you subjecting my co-workers, [Insert Name] and [Insert Name], to the same treatment and I am aware that you have previously faced legal issues on similar grounds.

I can no longer accept your conduct which amounts to workplace bullying (see attached, from which you will see that this is an absolute textbook case) and is totally out of place in the modern work environment. It makes it impossible for me properly to carry out my duties and is a breach, on your part, of the implied terms of the employment contract. It thus constitutes constructive dismissal in law.

Please take this, therefore, as my resignation with immediate effect. You are not entitled, in law, to insist on the contractual notice period in these circumstances and I am unwilling to work out my notice in such a toxic environment as it is having an effect on my health.

Yours sincerely,

[Your Name]  “

“ Dear [Insert Name],

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as a [Your Position] at [Company Name].

I am saddened by the end of what seemed like an exciting opportunity and I would have liked to have continued to give my all to assist the company to succeed in its expansion but unfortunately, I do not feel that I can continue to work with you. I was hoping that I would flourish and learn under the guidance of you and your team members but I have found the behaviour of a few individuals too difficult to cope with.

I am young, hungry, skilled and I am confident that I have much to give but I cannot see how anyone can learn and progress under this style of management. I would contend that the unreasonable behaviour I’ve experienced here constitutes a breach of the terms of my employment and therefore I am not obliged to serve any period of notice.

I would be grateful if you can arrange for the salary that I am owed up until today be paid as soon as possible.

I thank you for giving me the opportunity,

Yours sincerely,

Sub: Resignation Letter for Misconduct and Misbehavior

Dear Ma’am,

I would like to submit my resignation letter from the post of Marketing Executive with Goldsmith Health Products Ltd.

Please be informed that the reason for resigning from my job is the misconduct of Mr. Robin Johnson. His behavior at work towards work is very rude. He has mentioned me many a times that the company doesn’t need employees like me and I am free to leave the organization. Not only this, he created circumstances for me because of which I am compelled to resign from my job.

I request you to please accept my resignation letter and consider my notice period of one month from today. Kindly clear all my dues.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Smith  “
